Our Preschool children had an amazing week learning all about Space...... the sun, the moon and the planets including Earth where we live!

They enjoyed lots of themed tuff trays including a Venus one which featured 'fire and volcanoes'. Craft activities included group collages of an alien and a space rocket, making planet pictures with balloons, and designing their very own spaceship with junk modelling. The children helped a member of staff to create a couple of fantastic window paintings and absolutely loved the astronaut dress-up - the taking-turn timers were very busy! Other activities included inset puzzles, themed colouring, pencil control and cutting activities and role play toys.
